- We were asked by a leading global professional services company working in the IT industry to provide Global Expansion Consultancy, Global Mobility & Project Management support for their internationally dispersed suite of employees working as contract workers for a third party organisation.
Leveraging both our in-house expertise, and that of our extensive Global Supply Chain, we were able to organise the following on the client’s behalf:
- A complete understanding of their project’s requirements,
- A full review of immigration and tax compliance in areas where they did not have an established global presence or where their options were unclear,
- Provided support for an internal project team which did not have the resources of a Global HR department or Global Mobility team to call on,
- Service delivery support – we were able to call on our vendors to provide practical relocation, visa & immigration and other services to support their international assignment population.
- Provision of metrics, reporting and other business intelligence to ensure compliance and provide transparency into the Global Mobility function for the business.
