Realm are contracted to provide the following services:
• Working closely with the firm’s global mobility team to manage and execute their Global Mobility policy.
• Provide advice, guidance and relocation support for members of their international workforce.
• Provision of the following relocation services – Programme Management, Orientation, Home Finding Services, Temporary Accommodation, Visa & Immigration Services, Educational Services, Household Goods Management, Intercultural & Language Training, Spousal Assistance, Departure Services, Tenancy Management, Pet Relocation and others.
• Management of Expenses.
• Lifestyle & Concierge Services.
Some of the types of moves that Realm executed included:
• Management of a group move for a number of associates moving to London to take up new positions within the firm to support the business after the pandemic.
• Provision of VIP Home Purchase Assistance and other services to a Executive level partner and their family.
• Visa & Immigration support for project workers moving into the UK.
